Senior Product Owner - Development

- Collaborate with business and Subject Matter Experts to interpret business strategies and visions, followed by writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories and features. - Maintain a prioritized work backlog for one or more Agile teams, ensuring user stories include thorough acceptance criteria for usability and testability. - Review and validate the outputs of IT and business development against established acceptance criteria. - Act as a representative of the business within delivery teams, ensuring that customer perspectives are considered throughout the product delivery cycle. - Engage in a cross-functional team to develop, execute, and release projects that align with program or product roadmaps. - Partner with sponsors, stakeholders, and IT to define relevant business processes while gaining insights into needs, metrics, and potential risks and controls. - Prepare the business for change by implementing strategies and metrics that promote benefits, adoption, and manage risks. - Oversee development, testing, and controls through various technologies, both internal and external. - Seek opportunities to enhance and streamline the business development and execution processes. - Coach and mentor fellow Product Owners and lead development across multiple teams at project or program levels. - Identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies and procedures.
