Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience may replace degree.
- 6 years of experience in end-to-end analysis or operational roles, including requirement gathering and operational planning.
- Familiarity with various systems coordination, process review initiatives, and management information development.
- Understanding of business operations and systems requirements processes.
- Experience in facilitating teamwork and driving standard enterprise business processes.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools such as MS Visio, MS Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
- Strong Excel skills for analyzing operational and workforce data independently.
- Experience with recurring planning or reporting cycles in a multi-business context.
- Ability to support and coordinate detailed operational processes requiring follow-up and partner communication.
- Capability to manage SharePoint sites and similar platforms effectively.
- Proactive in advancing work with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain deep understanding of complex business functions and specific areas.
- Assist in formulating business goals and objectives to leverage distribution channels and simplify processes.
- Provide operational support for current complex processes and assist in identifying solutions for business needs.
- Validate information and collaborate with other teams to present detailed findings and recommendations.
- Participate in planning, research, analysis, and implementing new or modified applications and processes.
- Stay informed on system enhancements and identify training needs to execute plans effectively.
- Maintain broad business knowledge of key strategies and find support opportunities.
- Document new and revised departmental procedures clearly.
- Gather data on complex processes, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Serve as a resource to team members regarding routine issues.
- Review reports and recommend improvements to reporting controls and metrics.
- Generate additional ad-hoc reports as required by management or regulatory bodies.
- Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and risk management controls related to business processes.
- Ensure that risks linked to business activities are identified and controlled in line with compliance policies.
