Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including areas such as Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree and 6 years of experience in these areas.
- 3 years of experience in leading teams or managing cross-functional groups.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and communication skills to influence leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen along with a solid technical and customer experience foundation.
- Knowledge of Digital/Technology products and emerging technology platforms, applications, data analysis, and research techniques.
- Experience in an Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management environment.
- Familiarity with Experience Design concepts and Human-Centered Design methodologies, including roadmap development and competitive analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a significant degree of independence.
- Proven people management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for implementing Generative AI to assist insurance agents during customer interactions.
- Identify and automate manual processes using digital solutions, improving operational efficiency.
- Oversee the complete product lifecycle, ensuring quality standards are met from ideation through to end-of-life.
- Recruit, select, and nurture a team of Digital or Technical Product Managers to achieve product goals.
- Manage daily operations of the product management team, optimizing resource allocation for effective delivery.
- Define and manage product strategies for a portfolio and ensure alignment with technology solutions.
- Enhance business outcomes through strategic and innovative thinking in digital and technology products.
- Guide the team in adopting data-driven methodologies to improve user experiences and drive performance metrics.
- Collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
- Identify, evaluate, monitor, and mitigate risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies.
