Must:
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field, such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and Business Analysis, Data Science, or a related area. Alternatively, 4 years of equivalent experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics may substitute for a degree. Applicants should possess a minimum of 6 years in data and analytics or 4 years of this experience paired with up to 2 years of relevant functional business experience in areas like P&C, Banking, Finance, or Marketing. Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, statistical techniques, and the incorporation of new datasets to derive insights is essential.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Decision Science Analyst focusing on Member Value, you will have the opportunity to enhance member service experiences through comprehensive analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business objectives, applying advanced analytical techniques to derive actionable insights that positively influence our strategies. Your role will involve documenting and presenting findings effectively to management and utilizing data visualization techniques to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Additionally, you will stay informed on trends in data and analytics, continually seeking opportunities for growth in this dynamic field.
