Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of experience in data and analytics within a complex financial services setting
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing or developing high-performing teams
- Proven capacity to collaborate with key stakeholders and influence decisions to achieve strategic objectives
- Strong business insight related to measuring outcomes, operations, and industry trends
- Experience in leading projects using Agile methodologies
- Ability to analyze large-scale data sets to inform business decisions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational tasks related to data management and analytics
- Oversee and coordinate the implementation of analytics platforms and solutions for business stakeholders
- Manage the entire information management process from data preparation to delivery
- Integrate industry best practices into current processes and strategic plans
- Provide thought leadership on data architecture and information governance
- Identify opportunities for reporting and analytics, promoting advanced self-service capabilities
- Advise senior leaders with strategic insights to align with functional objectives
- Establish and pursue innovative analytical strategies to enhance member experiences
- Recognize and manage risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies
