Must:
We are seeking candidates who possess a Bachelor's degree, or alternatively, have 4 years of relevant experience that can substitute for a degree. A minimum of 6 years of experience in analyzing IT business processes, as well as software application/system design and documentation, is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of application/system administration and the software development life cycle, including testing execution. Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflow, business requirements, and technical functionalities of IT applications/systems is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required, along with knowledge of risk and controls, including experience in identifying gaps, documenting controls, and testing them. Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will provide analytical support and advice to stakeholders, aiding in decisions related to business and application/system direction. I will maintain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and application/system strategies and assist customers in identifying, researching, and analyzing technology solutions. Collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and information services will be crucial to address dependencies, risks, and opportunities. I will also analyze and document business requirements for application/systems and oversee the testing and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing ones as needed to enhance processes. I will lead the design and administration of standards for application/system documentation and contribute to establishing documentation standards and quality assurance for systems and applications. Furthermore, I will provide guidance and coaching to team members, potentially influencing their performance and development plans while ensuring risks linked to business activities are effectively monitored and controlled in line with risk and compliance policies.

The compensation for this role ranges from $93,770 to $179,240.
