Requirements

Must:
- A bachelor's degree; OR 4 additional years of relevant experience may replace the degree. - A minimum of 6 years of experience in analyzing IT business processes, software application design, and/or IT documentation, alongside knowledge of application data systems and operational processes. - Proven understanding of application administration and the software development lifecycle, including testing execution. - Proficiency in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflows and business requirements, as well as the technical functionality of IT applications. - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools. - Familiarity with risks and controls, including experience in identifying and addressing gaps, documenting controls, and testing them. - Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.

Responsibilities

- Provide analytical and advisory support to stakeholders in making decisions regarding business and application direction, considering current and future needs. - Maintain a thorough understanding of business processes, applications, and strategic direction to guide customers in identifying, researching, and analyzing technology solutions. - Collaborate and share information with team members and stakeholders to identify and address dependencies, risks, and opportunities. - Investigate complex business challenges that necessitate advanced knowledge of business principles and theories. - Analyze and document business requirements for application and data systems, guiding the testing and implementation of new or modified systems as needed. - Lead initiatives in designing and managing standards and policies for documentation relating to applications and end-user customer interactions. - Contribute to setting system documentation standards and quality assurance methods for systems and applications. - Provide guidance and coaching to team members and offer input on performance and development plans. - Ensure all risks tied to business activities are effectively identified, assessed, monitored, and managed according to risk and compliance procedures.
