Requirements
Must:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in analyzing IT business processes, designing software applications/IT platforms, and creating IT documentation, with a strong understanding of application/IT platform data systems and operational processes.
- Proven knowledge of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle, including test execution.
- Experience in developing and maintaining documentation related to workflows, business requirements, and technical functionalities of IT applications/IT platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with risk and controls, including experience in identifying and addressing gaps, documenting controls, and testing those controls.
- Successful completion of an analyst assessment may be required.
Responsibilities
- I will advise and provide analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders concerning decisions related to business and application/IT platform direction and modifications, considering both current and future business needs and opportunities.
- I will maintain an advanced understanding of business processes and applications/IT platforms and guide customers in identifying, researching, and analyzing appropriate technology solutions.
- I will collaborate and share information with team members, stakeholders, and information services to ensure all dependencies, risks, and opportunities are recognized and addressed.
- I will research intricate business issues that require advanced knowledge of business principles and theories.
- I will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for application/IT platforms and data systems, directing testing and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems as necessary to meet contractual needs and enhance processes.
- I will lead and participate in designing and administering standards and policies associated with application/IT platforms and end-user documentation.
- I will contribute to establishing system documentation standards and quality assurance methodologies for systems and applications/IT platforms.
- I will guide and coach team members and may provide input on performance and development plans.
- I will ensure that risks tied to business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and managed in compliance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
