Senior Agile Product Manager

- Collaborate with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to grasp business strategy and vision, subsequently writing, refining, and prioritizing user stories/features to create compliant solutions that deliver business value. - Manage and maintain a prioritized work backlog for one or more Agile teams, ensuring it comprises complete user stories with acceptance criteria for usability by the team. - Oversee the review and acceptance of outputs from IT or business development to confirm that all acceptance criteria are met. - Act as the direct representative of the business in collaboration with multiple delivery teams, ensuring the customers perspective is integrated throughout the delivery cycle. - Engage in cross-functional teams including user experience partners, designers, analysts, developers, and testers to align execution and release with program/product roadmaps. - Partner with stakeholders and IT to define and document pertinent business processes, gaining a comprehensive understanding of needs, metrics, and associated risks and controls. - Prepare the business for upcoming changes and provide strategies and metrics that measure benefits, adoption, and risks, utilizing existing change management routines as necessary. - Work with diversified technologies, both internal and external, to oversee development, testing, and controls. - Leverage advanced knowledge in business development to continually identify enhancement opportunities. - Mentor and coach fellow Product Owners. - Demonstrate expertise in multiple business or system domains, leading development across multiple teams at the project or program level. - Ensure that risks tied to business activities are accurately identified, assessed, monitored, and managed according to compliance policies and procedures.
