- Utilize intermediate and some advanced analytical skills in collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify business objectives and influence solution strategies. - Implement advanced analytical techniques to tackle medium to large-scale business challenges that impact strategic direction. - Employ innovative analytical approaches to provide actionable insights that address business objectives and facilitate necessary changes. - Translate analytical findings into effective communication materials for peer review and presentation to management. - Use visualization techniques to clarify analysis points for audiences with varying technical expertise. - Identify, collect, and ensure quality data sources to thoroughly address problems proposed, utilizing testing or exploratory data analysis (EDA). - Integrate and transform various data sources while applying appropriate data hygiene standards. - Keep comprehensive documentation of assumptions, methodologies, validations, and testing for ease of peer reviews and compliance checks. - Stay informed about emerging technologies that can enhance scientific methodologies and analytical approaches to solving business issues. - Present findings in a manner that influences business decisions and aligns with management strategy, while ensuring compliance with risk and compliance policies.
