Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or other quantitative disciplines; OR 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics may be considered in lieu of a degree. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in data/analytics or relevant business experience within the specific industry (e.g., Property & Casualty, Banking, Finance); OR an advanced degree in a quantitative field with 2 years of related experience. - Proficient in mathematical and statistical techniques to facilitate data-driven decision-making. - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and visualization, including SQL, SAS, BI tools, and relevant industry data & methodologies. - Familiarity with Marketing Attribution and Media Mix Modeling techniques is a plus. - Experience in Paid Search analytics, including keyword evaluation, bidding algorithm optimization, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and conversion rate enhancement. - Understanding of major PPC platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft, as well as tools like Tableau and emerging search platforms.

Responsibilities

- Utilize intermediate to advanced analytical and business knowledge to engage with cross-functional teams, assisting in understanding business objectives and influencing solution strategies. - Employ advanced analytical methods to address medium to large-scale business challenges that impact current and future strategies. - Implement innovative and scientific/quantitative analytical techniques to produce actionable recommendations aligned with business goals. - Create communication materials for internal presentations aimed at peer review and presentation to mid-to-upper management. - Use visualization techniques to enhance communication and ensure comprehension among less technical audiences. - Identify, gather, and validate quality data sources to adequately address business problems through testing or exploratory data analysis (EDA). - Integrate and clean disparate data sources, employing suitable data hygiene methods. - Document assumptions, methodologies, validation, and testing processes to facilitate compliance and peer reviews. - Stay informed on emerging technologies that may affect scientific methodologies or quantitative analysis in problem-solving. - Present findings in a manner that engages and influences mid-to-upper management, supported by recommendations that inform business strategy and decisions. - Ensure risks related to business activities are effectively identified, quantified, monitored, and managed per compliance policies.
