Product Strategy Specialist

As a Digital/Technical Product Manager I, I will be responsible for the discovery, delivery, and performance of digital and technology products that enhance the experiences of our members. I will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to solve complex challenges and improve customer experiences. The role emphasizes optimizing existing products across various platforms, employing Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies to launch world-class products. This position offers a flexible work environment, requiring presence in the office for 4 days a week and can be based in San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Compensation for this role ranges from $103,450 to $197,730, with salaries based on experience and market data, and potential pay incentives linked to overall corporate performance.
