Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data and/or Business Analysis, Data Science, or a similar discipline - Alternatively, 4 years of related experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics can substitute for a degree - Minimum of 4 years of experience in data/analytics or relevant business experience within the respective industry (i.e., P&C, Bank, Finance) - Advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field plus 2 years of experience in the industry of responsibility is acceptable - Strong competency in mathematical and statistical methods for data-driven decision-making - Proficient in data analysis tools, data visualization, and creating analysis queries and procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, or other analytical software - Ability to link external insights to business issues - Familiarity with Marketing Attribution and Media Mix Modelling techniques is a plus - Experience with Paid Search analytics including keyword evaluation and bidding algorithm optimizations - Knowledge of major PPC platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft) and tools like Tableau - Understanding of Digital Experience domain and incrementality/AB testing is advantageous - Proven history of utilizing data and analytics to enhance performance KPIs

- Leverage intermediate and advanced analytical and technical skills to engage with cross-functional teams and understand business objectives - Employ advanced analytical techniques to address business challenges that impact strategy - Use innovative and quantitative methods to develop actionable insights that drive change - Communicate recommendations through well-prepared materials for peer and upper management review - Incorporate visualization strategies to make analysis comprehensible for non-technical audiences - Collect and analyze relevant data sources to address business problems effectively - Transform and integrate disparate data sources while applying appropriate data hygiene practices - Document assumptions, methodologies, and validation processes to support compliance and peer reviews - Keep informed about emerging technologies relevant to scientific methodologies and analytical approaches - Present analyses and findings to influence business decisions at mid to upper management levels - Ensure identification, measurement, monitoring, and control of risks in accordance with compliance policies
