Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree or an approved certification from CodeUp, Galvanize, VetFIT or eFIT.
- A minimum of 4 years of software development experience showcasing depth in specific technologies.
- At least 2 years experience in delivering technology solutions throughout the software development lifecycle, including conducting code and design reviews.
- Fundamental understanding of one or more programming languages including Java, JavaScript, Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, or Python.
- Developing knowledge of business operations, risk management, and industry practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and systems for production issues.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test sophisticated technical solutions.
- Identify and resolve intricate application and system issues using troubleshooting skills.
- Enhance operational efficiency through comprehensive systems analysis and recommend policy changes.
- Prepare and implement complex solutions by defining system specifications and programming standards.
- Adhere to the software development lifecycle.
- Engage in design reviews and grasp fundamental system design principles.
- Mentor junior engineers and support peer development; review code contributions.
- Ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures associated with business activities.
