Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Science) or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in data analytics or functional business within the relevant industry (P&C, Banking, Finance) or advanced degree with 2 years of similar experience - Proficiency in mathematical and statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making - Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, SAS, BI tools) - Familiarity with Marketing Attribution and Media Mix Modeling - Experienced in Paid Search analytics, including keyword assessments and bidding algorithms - Knowledge of major PPC platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft) and data visualization tools like Tableau - Previous experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance organization is a plus - Understanding of digital experiences and testing methodologies (e.g., Incrementality/AB testing)
