Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field (e.g., Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Science) or equivalent experience
- 4 years of experience in data analytics or functional business within the relevant industry (P&C, Banking, Finance) or advanced degree with 2 years of similar experience
- Proficiency in mathematical and statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, SAS, BI tools)
- Familiarity with Marketing Attribution and Media Mix Modeling
- Experienced in Paid Search analytics, including keyword assessments and bidding algorithms
- Knowledge of major PPC platforms (e.g., SA360, Google Ads, Microsoft) and data visualization tools like Tableau
- Previous experience in a Property & Casualty Insurance organization is a plus
- Understanding of digital experiences and testing methodologies (e.g., Incrementality/AB testing)
Responsibilities
- Utilize intermediate and advanced analytical skills to engage with cross-functional teams in understanding business objectives
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to address medium to large-scale business challenges
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on scientific and quantitative analysis
- Create effective communication materials to present findings to peers and management
- Utilize visualization methods to enhance comprehension for diverse audiences
- Identify and source quality data to resolve business problems and inform strategy
- Integrate diverse data sources and implement appropriate data cleaning techniques
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, validations, and testing results
- Stay updated with emerging technologies relevant to analytical methods
- Deliver insights to support business decisions and influence strategy while managing associated risks
