Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; or 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
- 8 years of software development experience demonstrating significant technical expertise in specific technologies, with at least 2 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology projects
- 6 years of experience in delivering technology solutions throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle
- High proficiency in various software engineering languages and tools; capable of development across multiple platforms
- Advanced knowledge in code/design reviews
- Strong ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across applications and systems
- Quick comprehension of business acumen to create suitable engineering solutions
- Deep understanding of one or more of the following: Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, Python
- Experience working with cloud technologies and tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test both tactical and strategic technical solutions, collaborating with engineers and architects across teams
- Lead detailed code/design reviews, communicating updates and impacts to stakeholders for seamless daily operations
- Organize workflow and manage multiple teams to deliver features and solutions
- Resolve complex production issues independently, leading troubleshooting across multiple applications and systems
- Mentor and coach junior and experienced engineers on design principles
- Collaborate with architecture to define directions for key technologies within the domain
- Participate in professional development activities in industry organizations and networking opportunities
- Apply Site Reliability Engineering practices in projects
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies
