Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 6 years of software development experience showcasing technical depth in specific technologies
- 4 years of experience delivering technology solutions throughout all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Basic understanding of Java, Swift, Objective-C, Cobol, JavaScript, Kotlin, C++, HTML, CSS, SQL, Go, and Python
- Proven experience in researching technical issues and creating innovative solutions
- Experience in troubleshooting applications and systems to resolve production issues
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Strong knowledge of secure coding practices and secure system fundamentals
- Experience working with cloud technologies and tools
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, code, and test complex technical solutions across various technologies
- Lead code/design reviews and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Develop sophisticated algorithms to address business needs
- Investigate and resolve complex application and system issues by directing troubleshooting efforts
- Mentor and coach engineers on system design, development, and maintenance
- Influence and help shape the future of the domains architecture and quality standards
- Identify and optimize system performance issues, including technical debt
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with policies and procedures
