Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of related experience may substitute for the degree - Minimum of 6 years in process improvement, project delivery, or business analysis directly related to supported operations or product line - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, relevant databases, and product management tools - In-depth understanding of multiple technical software delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and SAFe - Extensive experience in analyzing business requirements, process flows, and use cases for streamlining processes while adhering to regulatory standards - Advanced knowledge and application of Process Engineering methodologies - High competence in independently gathering business requirements, developing user stories, and managing the development process through acceptance

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business and Subject Matter Experts to gain insights into business strategy and write, refine, prioritize stories and features for compliant solutions - Manage and uphold a prioritized backlog for one or more Agile teams, ensuring user stories are complete and testable - Review outcomes from IT and/or business developments to ensure all acceptance criteria are met - Act as the direct business representative within delivery teams, emphasizing customer perspectives during the product lifecycle - Engage with a cross-functional team including UX designers, analysts, developers, and testers to align development with program/product roadmaps - Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to define and document relevant business processes while assessing needs, risks, and controls - Prepare the business for changes by providing strategies and measures for adoption and benefit realization - Utilize various technologies to supervise development, testing, and controls - Identify opportunities to enhance business development processes and mentor other Product Owners - Lead development efforts across multiple teams at the project or program level, managing associated risks effectively
