- Lead the design and delivery of multi-channel digital experiences (web, mobile, IVR) that cater to millions of users and manage billions of interactions monthly. - Modernize enterprise APIs and services utilizing REST, GraphQL, and cloud-native methodologies on AWS/OpenShift/Kubernetes. - Implement real-time and event-driven architectures to enhance personalized experiences. - Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure all digital interfaces are accessible and high-performing. - Integrate Adobe Analytics and other tools to facilitate data-informed insights and customization. - Define API-first strategies, microservices architecture, and integration frameworks for large-scale systems. - Establish engineering standards, development processes, and testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and dependability. - Provide architectural guidance for personalization frameworks driven by AI/ML and support data-led decision-making. - Spearhead modernization initiatives for legacy systems, promoting adoption of cloud-native technologies. - Prototype and deliver experience management frameworks that leverage Kubernetes and data platforms for actionable insights. - Influence broader technology strategies through governance boards and high-level collaboration. - Mentor engineering teams, encouraging a culture of simplicity and continuous enhancement. - Foster interdisciplinary collaboration with product, data science, and operations teams to align technology with strategic goals. - Represent the engineering perspective in strategic discussions, advocating for best practices and modernization efforts. - Identify, assess, monitor, and manage risks associated with business operations in alignment with risk management policies.
