Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
- 6 years of experience in process enhancement, project delivery, or business requirements analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, relevant databases, and product management tools
- Extensive knowledge of various technical software delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
- Strong experience in analyzing business requirements and process flows to optimize operations
- Proficient in Process Engineering methodologies
- Ability to independently gather business requirements and develop capabilities following approved methodologies
- Familiarity with federal regulations, including FED_OCC Third Party Rel 2013-29, Reg W, GLBA, and UDAAP
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to interpret business strategy and vision
- Write, refine, prioritize, and accept user stories/features to deliver effective solutions
- Manage a prioritized work backlog for one or more Agile teams
- Ensure user stories are complete, with acceptance criteria defined for clarity
- Review outputs from IT and business development to confirm acceptance criteria are met
- Represent the business perspective across product delivery teams
- Engage with cross-functional teams for aligned development and execution
- Partner with stakeholders to define and document business processes, assessing needs and risks
- Prepare for organizational changes and provide metrics for benefits and risk management
- Oversee development and testing processes, applying advanced knowledge to enhance functions
- Mentor and coach other Product Owners
- Lead development efforts across multiple teams and project levels
- Monitor and control risks associated with business activities while complying with policies
