Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; or 4 years of related experience can be substituted in place of a degree.
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing; or an Advanced degree and 6 years in the same fields.
- 3 years of direct leadership experience with cross-functional or matrixed teams.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and effective communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.
- Strong business acumen combined with technical and customer experience foundations.
- Familiarity with Technology/Digital products and emerging platforms, applications, and research techniques.
- Proven experience in Agile and Lean Product Development environments.
- understanding of Experience Design concepts, journey mapping, competitive analysis, and situation analysis methods.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and high independence.
- Demonstrated management capabilities in a team setting.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for using Generative AI to support insurance agents.
- Identify and automate manual processes through digital solutions, applying a keen understanding of workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to product lifecycle management from ideation through launch and beyond.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a proficient Digital or Technical Product Management team towards achieving product goals.
- Manage daily operations of the team while ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Oversee all technology and digital product management activities for a designated portfolio or market segment.
- Establish and direct new product strategies, overseeing the creation and alignment of product roadmaps.
- Infuse strategic thinking into the teamβs approach to product and service solutions.
- Implement data-driven methods across various channels to enhance user experiences and reach performance indicators.
- Cultivate best practices for data collection and product decision-making based on member feedback.
- Navigate ambiguity and guide the team towards clarity and effective execution plans.
