Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 8 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, focusing on Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional groups.
- Proven ability to strategize, communicate effectively, and influence leadership and diverse teams.
- Strong business understanding paired with a solid technical and customer experience foundation.
- Knowledge of Technology/Digital products, emerging platforms, data analysis, and research methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile, Lean Product Development environment.
- Familiarity with digital strategy, Experience Design concepts, journey mapping, and competitive analysis.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and autonomy.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and spearhead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for utilizing Generative AI to assist insurance agents in real-time.
- Identify and automate manual processes through digital solutions, focusing on process workflows and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with the product lifecycle, managing it from ideation and development to launch and end-of-life.
- Recruit, select, and nurture a team of Digital or Technical Product Managers to meet product goals and objectives.
- Oversee everyday operations of the product management team, optimizing resource management for effective delivery.
- Manage comprehensive technology and digital product activities for a product portfolio or market segment.
- Establish new product strategies and guide the team in defining overarching product strategy and roadmaps.
- Use product management expertise in cutting-edge digital and technology sectors to enhance business outcomes.
- Lead teams in employing data-driven methodologies across multiple channels to optimize end-user experiences.
- Guide teams in creating best practices for collecting data and member feedback to inform product development.
- Collaborate with and influence senior leadership and various stakeholders to ensure successful product initiatives.
- Identify and manage risks according to compliance policies and procedures.
