Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience leading teams or managing cross-functional groups
- Strong strategic thinking and communication skills to influence leadership and teams
- Solid understanding of business concepts combined with technical and customer experience
- Familiarity with Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms
- Experience in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management
- Knowledge of Experience Design and Human Centered Design methodologies
- Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Proven people management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Generative AI in support of insurance agents during customer calls
- Identify and automate manual processes utilizing digital solutions
- Ensure strict management of the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and end-of-life
- Attract, select, and develop a team for achieving product and experience goals
- Manage daily activities of the Digital or Technical Product Management team for optimal efficiency
- Lead end-to-end product management activities for a specific product portfolio or market segment
- Set and oversee product strategies, ensuring alignment with defined quality standards
- Employ product management expertise across various digital and technology domains
- Foster data-driven methodologies to enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes
- Collaborate and influence senior leaders and stakeholders for successful product launches
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities
