Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in place of a degree.
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including experience in Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, or Research/Testing; OR an advanced degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years leading direct teams or managing matrixed or cross-functional teams.
- Proven strategic thinking and effective communication skills, with the ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams in executing product strategies.
- Strong business acumen coupled with solid technical and customer experience knowledge.
- Familiarity with Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, alongside data analysis and research techniques.
- Experience in Agile, Lean Product Development, and Lean Portfolio Management methodologies.
- Understanding of digital and technology strategy as it pertains to Experience Design and Human-Centered Design principles, including roadmap development and competitive analysis.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a high level of independence.
- Demonstrated skills in people management.
Responsibilities
- Direct the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for leveraging Generative AI to assist insurance agents during customer interactions in real-time.
- Identify and implement automation solutions for manual processes, focusing on enhancing efficiency through digital technologies.
- Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring systematic delivery from ideation to end-of-life, adhering to quality standards.
- Recruit, support, and develop a skilled Digital or Technical Product Management team to accomplish product goals and objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the product management team, optimizing resource management for effective delivery.
- Manage comprehensive technology and digital product management tasks for a product portfolio or market segment.
- Establish new product strategies and guide the team in defining overall product strategy and roadmap alignment.
- Apply expert knowledge in modern digital and technology environments to enhance business outcomes and inject innovative thinking into product solutions.
- Lead teams in utilizing data-driven methods to optimize user experiences across various channels, including emerging technologies.
- Ensure that risks related to business activities are properly identified, monitored, and managed in line with risk and compliance protocols.
