Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree; OR 4 years of relevant experience in addition to the minimum experience required may be considered in place of a degree.
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including roles in Strategy, Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, Analytics, and/or Research/Testing; OR an Advanced degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
- 3 years of experience leading direct teams or cross-functional groups.
- Proven strategic thinking, effective communication, and ability to influence leadership and cross-functional teams in developing and executing product strategy.
- Strong business acumen with a solid foundation in technical and customer experience.
- Familiarity with Technology/Digital products, emerging technology platforms, and research techniques.
- Experience working within Agile, Lean Product Development and Lean Portfolio Management environments.
- Understanding of digital and technology strategies as they relate to experience design and human-centered design concepts.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and a high degree of autonomy.
- Demonstrated people management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap focused on using Generative AI to assist insurance agents during customer interactions.
- Identify and automate manual processes through the application of digital solutions, optimizing workflow efficiencies.
- Ensure rigorous management of the product lifecycle, from conception and development to implementation and retirement, maintaining quality standards.
- Build, select, and nurture a team of Digital or Technical Product Managers towards achieving product and experience objectives.
- Oversee daily operations of the Digital or Technical Product Management team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and effective delivery.
- Manage comprehensive technology and digital product management tasks for a defined product portfolio or key market segment.
- Establish innovative product strategies and guide the team in the formulation of aligned product strategies and roadmaps.
- Enhance business outcomes by integrating strategic and inventive approaches to digital and technological product and service solutions.
- Support teams with data-driven methodologies to improve end-user experiences across various channels, including emerging technologies.
- Foster a collaborative environment among senior leaders, Digital or Technical Product Managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and strategies.
- Monitor and control risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies and procedures.
