Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or other quantitative fields; OR 4 years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
- 8 years of experience in data and analytics within a complex financial services setting.
- 3 years of leadership experience in creating, managing, or developing high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of collaborating with key stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work to reach strategic objectives.
- Solid business acumen in evaluating business results, operations, industry standards, and emerging trends.
- Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
- Proficient in conducting substantial data analyses with both internal and external data sources for business decision support.
- Strong ability to communicate data-driven narratives to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on the strategic, tactical, operational, and financial aspects of CoSA data management, preparation, exploration, and information governance.
- Oversee the establishment and execution of analytics platforms and solutions for business stakeholders and partners.
- Ensure effective management of the end-to-end information process, analytics, and delivery.
- Integrate industry trends and best practices into current processes and strategic development plans.
- Provide thought leadership to influence data architecture and application decisions while staying informed on industry standards.
- Direct data reporting initiatives to uncover reporting opportunities and enhance self-service capabilities.
- Offer strategic insights to senior leaders that align with functional objectives.
- Understand and shape the analytic direction based on the business environment and strategies.
- Oversee innovation, prioritize work, manage team capacity, and assist in problem resolution.
- Manage information delivery risks to guarantee that teams are aligned with business processes and analytics.
