Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or another quantitative field; or 4 years of related experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of experience in data and analytics within a complex financial services environment
- 3 years of supervisory experience in developing and managing high-performing teams
- Proven capability to collaborate with key stakeholders and influence strategic decisions
- Strong business acumen in evaluating business outcomes and industry trends
- Experience in leading projects utilizing Agile methodologies
- Proficient in conducting substantial data analyses to inform business decisions
- Excellent storytelling abilities using data and effective communication skills with executive leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, tactical, operational, and financial aspects of CoSA data management
- Oversee and coordinate strategies for information and analytics platforms for key stakeholders
- Manage the complete process of information management, analytics, and delivery
- Incorporate industry trends and best practices into existing processes and strategic planning
- Provide thought leadership to influence data architecture and application decisions
- Identify reporting opportunities and enhance self-service analytics capabilities
- Provide insights to senior leadership that align with functional objectives
- Understand business environment and strategies to direct analytical approaches
- Foster innovation, prioritize initiatives, and assist in problem-solving
- Ensure clarity around business processes and data applications in information delivery
- Seek opportunities to apply advanced data techniques for business solutions
- Monitor and control risks associated with business activities following compliance standards
