Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree - At least 8 years of experience in data and analytics within a complex financial services organization - Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in managing high-performing teams - Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders and influencing decisions to meet strategic objectives - Strong understanding of business operations, outcomes measurement, and industry trends - Experience managing projects utilizing Agile methodologies - Skilled in conducting large-scale data analyses using diverse sources to inform business decisions - Ability to effectively communicate insights and data narratives to senior leadership

Responsibilities

- Lead and collaborate on strategic and operational responsibilities relating to data storage, preparation, and analytics - Oversee the strategy for analytics platforms and solutions catered to key stakeholders and partners - Manage the complete information management process from analytics to delivery - Integrate industry trends and establish best practices within existing operations and technology - Provide thought leadership to guide architecture decisions regarding data and applications - Direct data reporting efforts to uncover analytics opportunities and manage project outcomes - Contribute strategic insights to senior leaders to align with functional objectives - Understand and align analytics with the organizational direction to drive meaningful change - Foster innovation by prioritizing work and managing resources effectively - Ensure an understanding of business processes and the integrity of data delivery and presentations - Seek opportunities to employ advanced analytics to address business challenges - Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations in line with compliance requirements
