Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of experience in Digital/Technology Product Management, including Strategy/Planning, Innovation, User Experience, Process Engineering, and Analytics; OR an Advanced degree plus 6 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience leading teams in a direct or matrixed capacity
- Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively across leadership and teams
- Strong business acumen complemented by technical and customer experience expertise
- Knowledge of Technology/Digital products and emerging technology platforms, data analysis techniques, and standards
- Experience in Agile Product Development and Lean Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with Experience Design and Human Centered Design concepts, including journey mapping and competitive analysis
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and independence
- Demonstrated people management skills
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for utilizing Generative AI to enhance agent performance during customer interactions
- Identify and automate manual processes through effective digital solutions, using expertise in workflow analysis
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring systematic delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing Digital or Technical Product Management team
- Oversee daily operations of the product management team to ensure efficiency and effective delivery of products
- Set and refine product strategies for a portfolio or market segment while analyzing and aligning roadmaps
- Foster innovative thinking to improve business outcomes in technology and service solutions
- Guide teams in using data-driven methodologies to optimize user experiences and drive performance metrics
- Develop best practices for data collection and member feedback to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure successful strategy execution and product launches
- Identify, assess, and manage risks in accordance with compliance and risk management policies
