DevOps Software Engineer

We are currently looking for a committed Mid-Level Software Engineer to join our Mainframe Utilities and zDevOps team within the Platform Infrastructure group. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the high availability of Mainframe applications and enhancing the productivity of our Mainframe developers. Your contribution will be integral to supporting and improving Mainframe Utilities and building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for Mainframe. Collaboration with business units, product management, and IT partners across USAA will be essential. We offer a flexible work environment, requiring employees to be in the office 4 days each week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX; Plano, TX; Phoenix, AZ, or Charlotte, NC. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role. Compensation range: The salary range for this position is between $93,770 and $179,240. However, we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
