In my role as a Paid Media Decision Science Analyst, I leverage both intermediate and advanced business, analytical, and technical expertise to engage with cross-functional teams. I strive to understand and collaborate on business objectives and influence the development of effective solution strategies. I apply innovative and scientific analytical methods to solve medium to large-scale business challenges that impact current and future strategies. My work involves translating insights into clear communication materials to present to colleagues for peer review and mid-to-upper management. I incorporate visualization techniques to support key points of the analysis and facilitate understanding for non-technical audiences. I identify and gather quality data sources to address the business problem and utilize exploratory data analysis as required. Additionally, I effectively document the assumptions, methodologies, validations, and testing processes to comply with peer reviews and compliance standards. I stay informed about emerging technologies that may enhance scientific methodologies and/or quantitative analytical methods for problem resolution. Ultimately, I ensure that the risks associated with business activities are thoroughly identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with established risk and compliance policies.
