We are looking for a Paid Media Decision Science Analyst to be a core member of our marketing team, playing a pivotal role in implementing data-driven enhancements across our digital sales experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone possessing a unique mix of technical proficiency and business insight, capable of using data to build trust and empower decision-making across the organization. We provide a flexible work environment, requiring in-office attendance 4 days a week, with options available in several locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. We offer a competitive compensation range of $93,770 - $179,240, with pay based on experience and market data. Our compensation process is effective in ensuring that we remain competitive. Additional pay incentives may be available based on individual and company performance.
