Asset-Liability Management Specialist - PLANO

- Execute complex tasks using actuarial modeling software for pricing, valuation, and risk management - Review laws and regulations to ensure compliance and suggest improvements - Operate models, generate reports, and communicate analytical findings to Actuarial Leadership - Propose adjustments and improvements to models as needed - Share expertise with team members and assist in overcoming challenges - Lead or take part in moderately complex projects across various actuarial domains with minimal supervision - Create reports that clearly convey findings and proposals for stakeholders - Identify and recommend solutions to business challenges, often presenting options to leadership - Maintain pricing levels and structures to ensure competitiveness and profitability - Monitor critical assumptions and suggest timely corrections for adverse trends - Evaluate the effects of assumptions by determining sources of gains and losses, premiums, interest margins, reserves, and cash values for product viability - Advise management on issues affecting team members, serving as a main resource - Ensure risks associated with business functions are identified, assessed, monitored, and managed in line with compliance policies
