Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Analysis, Data Science, or a related discipline - Alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analysis may replace the degree requirement - Minimum 6 years of experience in data and analytics, or 4 years in data and analytics with up to 2 years in a functionally relevant role - Advanced skills in mathematical and statistical techniques for data-driven decisions - Proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL, SAS, BI tools, and other analytical software - Experience with emerging data sets and the ability to incorporate new insights

- Utilize advanced analytical and business knowledge to engage in discussions with cross-functional teams to address complex business objectives - Apply innovative analytical techniques to tackle medium to large scale business challenges with significant strategic impact - Transform insights into actionable recommendations that guide business strategy changes - Create effective communication materials to present findings to various management levels - Employ visualization methods to enhance the clarity of analyses for non-technical stakeholders - Identify and gather high-quality data sources to thoroughly analyze and address business problems - Integrate and cleanse various data sources while applying appropriate data hygiene techniques - Document methodologies, assumptions, and validation processes to support peer reviews and compliance - Stay updated on new technologies that can enhance scientific methodologies and analytics - Deliver findings concisely to influence management decisions and strategy - Provide expertise in implementing recommendations based on analyses - Pursue continual learning opportunities in data and analytics, through formal or informal methods - Ensure that risks associated with business activities are identified, measured, and controlled according to compliance policies
