Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering production software, specifically in senior or staff engineering roles
- Extensive knowledge in identity management, with experience building or maintaining multi-tenant authentication systems
- Proficiency in Django, including ORM, Django REST Framework, and managing migrations at scale
- Strong skills in React, capable of overseeing features from concept to completion
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services, particularly Identity Platform, IAP, and related technologies
- Understanding of FedRAMP requirements or equivalent frameworks, including knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls
- Ability to make sound judgments on technical trade-offs and design decisions
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in documentation and collaboration
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of multi-tenant identity solutions on Google Cloud Identity Platform, implementing tenant isolation, SSO, and MFA
- Develop authentication workflows and tenant-aware APIs using Django, ensuring maintainability and scalability
- Create seamless authentication user experiences in React, including sign-ins, invites, and role management
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to meet FedRAMP authorization standards
- Review pull requests and mentor team members, contributing to the development of engineering practices
- Implement innovative end-to-end testing strategies to enhance product quality
- Utilize AI assist technologies to improve team productivity and efficiency
