Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 12+ years of escalating IT leadership experience, showing a strong record of delivering business value through technology.
- 10+ years of experience in the distribution or manufacturing sectors; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), warehouse automation, and conveyor systems is highly desirable.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Proven expertise in digital transformation, implementing enterprise systems, and formulating IT strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex, significant change initiatives and proficiency in change management.
- Preferred experience in Inventory Optimization, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and pricing systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of influencing and fostering relationships at all organizational levels.
- Strong financial understanding, proactive attitude, and the ability to drive impactful results. An outgoing, self-motivated individual who flourishes in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement the IT strategy for U.S. AutoForce, enhancing strategic partnerships and connectivity between the division and enterprise.
- Lead the adoption of artificial intelligence and digital solutions to advance U.S. AutoForce as a leader in industry innovation.
- Oversee the modernization of core platforms, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), CRM, and warehouse automation, integrating AI to optimize operations and improve customer experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration of IT systems across all business areas, setting a benchmark for technological leadership in distribution.
- Collaborate with executive leaders to uncover technology opportunities that drive business value, particularly in demand planning, pricing, logistics, and customer support.
- Manage technology planning and budgeting to maintain an effective and cost-efficient IT organization.
- Supervise IT governance, vendor relationships, and ongoing enhancements of enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional IT team with a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive standardization, quality control, and ongoing enhancements in all IT functions.
