Requirements
Must:
- Proficient knowledge of PC/laptop software, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills for effective problem solving, with a broad technical skill set for diagnosing hardware and software issues
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for engaging with staff at all levels
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Detail-oriented and self-driven, capable of swiftly adjusting priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance via phone and email to diagnose and resolve issues while offering user support
- Support Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other applications
- Escalate support requests as needed, adhering to established procedures
- Monitor Helpdesk and phone inquiries for any Service Level Agreement (SLA) breaches and escalate as required
- Maintain technical logs and documentation in line with departmental protocols
- Assist management with various specialized projects and assignments as necessary
- Administer and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, phones, mobile devices, software deployments, security updates, and patches
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned
