Requirements
Must:

- Preferred: Experience with SQL or database querying

Responsibilities
- Analyze operational and logistics datasets from various project systems, including ERP exports and installation logs
- Identify trends, risks, and discrepancies in installation progress and logistics planning
- Provide analytical support to project management for scheduling and resource planning
- Develop and maintain automation tools using Excel VBA, Python, or similar scripting platforms
- Automate recurring reporting tasks to enhance data workflow efficiency
- Troubleshoot and improve current analytical tools and reporting structures
- Consolidate data from multiple operational systems into organized datasets for analysis
- Create dashboards and automated reports to facilitate operational decision-making
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of project reporting data
- Monitor and analyze installation progress across various conveyor zones and project milestones
- Support logistics teams in tracking incoming equipment and materials
- Measure installation metrics such as productivity and milestone completion percentages
- Assist project leadership in identifying delays or bottlenecks affecting project schedules
- Analyze system performance data during startup and testing phases to support commissioning teams
- Generate reports on system throughput and operational readiness
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering teams, and logistics coordinators
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable information
- Participate in project meetings to present key findings and reporting updates
