Requirements
Must:
- Over 5 years of relevant IT or business experience, with a focus on analysis and documentation of business and technical needs
- Proven experience with software application implementations in a GxP environment
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in fields such as information technology, computer science, engineering, or business administration
- Experience within the Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences industry is preferred
- Background in consulting or working within a complex, global matrix organization is preferred
- Familiarity with Lean operational techniques is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Support QCIT operations in a regulated GMP environment
- Develop and execute validation activities, including backup and restore testing, user access reviews, and audit trail reviews
- Provide front-line client assistance and triage for system issues, coordinating repair activities as needed
- Assist with GxP workstation patching and decommissioning activities, including final backups and account deactivations
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to support project initiatives for MA Biologics Operations Site Functions
- Manage diverse projects with minimal oversight, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
- Handle ad-hoc technical requests from internal and external partners related to assigned projects
- Work closely with team members for decision-making and clarification on project-related issues
- Conduct design testing for applications and contribute to authoring SDLC documentation including SDCS, URS, FRA, Admin Sops, IQ, IOQ, ATR, and Application Data Flow diagrams
