Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a business analyst in software implementation or deployment
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, and Oracle database
- Advanced skills in Excel, including macros
- Strong grasp of technical concepts, principles, and terminology
- Extensive experience in data profiling, analysis, and querying
- Familiarity with data integration projects
- Competent in developing detailed functional and technical requirements
- Knowledgeable in data science concepts and data products
- Skilled in gathering data requirements
- Experience within an Agile framework and familiarity with DevOps (Clienture DevOps preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with automated testing tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting with both employees and consultants
- Excellent communication abilities across different levels of technical and business teams
- Strong management and organizational skills
- High adaptability and capacity to thrive in fast-paced environments
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of relevant experience, ideally in Business Analysis for IT projects, including cloud computing and data integration
- Programming experience is essential
- Relevant BA certifications are advantageous, such as: IIBA ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, IQBBA CFLBA, IREB CPRE, PMI-PBA certifications, and certifications in Agile, DevOps, or data management
Responsibilities
- Review the current application and code base to comprehend its functions and processes
- Conduct data profiling, quality checks, querying, cleanup, and mapping of data
- Develop requirements and specifications for interfaces
- Create test scenarios, plans, and scripts
- Define, document, and oversee detailed requirements, including storyboards, wireframes, and use cases
- Gather, analyze, and document business processes thoroughly
- Effectively engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the organization
- Present, facilitate, and document productive meetings
- Lead the development of an application support plan, RACI, and support handover documents
