Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience with Workday focused on employee lifecycle transactions
- Background in HR operations or HR shared services environments
- Experience in managing a high-volume ticket or request queue
- Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar case management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ensure confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Process and oversee employee lifecycle transactions using Workday, including new hires, job changes, reorganizations, and compensation updates
- Monitor and manage HR cases and requests utilizing ServiceNow
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data when handling HR transactions
- Conduct routine audits and validations of data
- Assist with offer approvals and facilitate background check procedures
- Communicate any delays, issues, or compliance concerns to recruiters and hiring managers
- Collaborate with various teams including HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Benefits
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements within HR operations
- Support additional HR operational projects as necessary
