Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analysis, information science, data visualization, or a related quantitative discipline
- Proficient in SQL, with familiarity in aggregating data, performing joins, working with timestamps, subqueries, and transforming data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights clearly and effectively using Microsoft tools
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to independently manage multiple tasks
- Satisfactory performance in current position
- Prior experience in analytics is desirable
- Experience with data visualization platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or R for data analysis and manipulation
- Familiarity with project management related to operational processes, including performance evaluation and improvement identification
- Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, information science, business/management, mathematics/statistics, economics, or a similar quantitative field
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the operational team to convert business requests into data-driven insights and recommendations
- Construct complex SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources
- Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance drivers
- Validate data outputs to ensure their accuracy and reliability
- Deliver actionable results that highlight focus areas for enhancing business impact
