Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in research and analysis.
- Strong organizational, customer service, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in complex mathematical calculations.
- Advanced understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts.
- Familiarity with relevant computer support systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages, including DB2, SQL, and/or relational databases.
- Capability to analyze data results and resolve data discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Visual Basic and Macros.
- Preferred: Experience in computer programming, negotiation or persuasion skills, and knowledge of ICD9/CPT4 coding.
- Preferred: Experience with SAS.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field; or a 2-year degree in a relevant field with 2 years of reporting and data analysis experience; or 4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data for the creation of statistical reports supporting program or process evaluation.
- Maintain databases and extract data for analysis purposes.
- Run and review reports, providing analysis to support operational functions.
- Extract and analyze data for the formulation of procedures and processes.
- Provide reports highlighting activity to identify issues and support operational improvements.
- Assist in developing complex analyses and compile sophisticated data for divisional strategies.
- Perform focused analyses as necessary.
- Create data search programs to identify relevant data for documentation supporting operational changes.
- Document reporting procedures for staff to independently generate ad hoc reports.
- Design, code, and maintain complex database programs for data extraction and analysis to inform financial and operational decisions.

We are US Tech Solutions, a global staff augmentation firm offering a variety of talent on-demand and comprehensive workforce solutions. This role is hybrid, requiring onsite work three times a week, and operates from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for potential overtime. Our team is dedicated to designing and building cohesive solutions for our clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the provision of critical insights to inform business decisions.
