Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Power BI, and Excel
- Experience in schedule analysis and resource leveling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with project management practices and tools
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage activity dates among various Transmission Engineering Teams
- Prepare and deliver reports to management regarding schedule adherence and resource allocation
- Collaborate with Project Management and PCS groups to make necessary schedule adjustments and rectify discrepancies
- Assist in assigning resources within Primavera P6
- Implement mechanisms for workload analysis and tracking as required
- Perform additional related duties as directed by management
