Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in help desk, IT support, or technical troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware setup and configuration
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical issues to non-technical users
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays between 7 AM and 11 PM
- Reliable transportation to our office in Mandeville, Louisiana
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve headset, internet, and software issues for call center agents
- Reset passwords and handle user account access management
- Configure and set up computers and workstations for new and existing team members
- Receive, process, and distribute equipment shipments as required
- Provide overarching IT support across all call center functions
Description
