Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years of professional IT asset management and procurement experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
- At least 3 years of professional IT support experience, with a preference for hardware experience.
- Strong understanding of PC hardware and software.
- Proven ability to maintain asset management lifecycle in ServiceNow for auditing purposes.
- Excellent communication skills to update users and management on request statuses.
- Commitment to achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds, as well as stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and balancing on occasion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills for asset management and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the lifecycle management of all IT equipment.
- Serve as a liaison for various teams to ensure compliance with IT Asset Management requirements.
- Collaborate with end-users requesting IT equipment via ServiceNow to fully understand their business needs and challenges.
- Provide expert recommendations to enhance US Renal Cares IT Inventory.
- Offer input to the ServiceNow Team to improve system efficiencies.
- Work closely with team members to enhance functionality and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Report Asset Management issues to management as necessary.
- Receive incoming IT assets and accurately tag them for inventory distribution.
- Maintain clear records of all incoming and outgoing orders with external vendors.
- Schedule monthly equipment disposal with external vendors.
- Perform security protocols on IT devices due for disposal (ITAD).
- Manage procurement and asset tracking to ensure accurate inventory records via ServiceNow.
- Effectively utilize Active Directory for managing user and machine accounts.
- Prioritize workflow and make sound judgment calls based on request escalations.
- Foster teamwork and adhere to US Renal Care policies and procedures.
- Maintain reliable attendance throughout employment.
