Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Life Sciences (Masters preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project engineering or management
- Practical experience with drying systems, centrifuges, and large-scale pharmaceutical equipment
- Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and equipment validation processes
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Openness to travel as necessary
Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive pharmaceutical projects including equipment installation, commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ, and validation
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Collaborate with engineering teams, quality assurance, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO standards
- Manage troubleshooting during installation and commissioning stages
