Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5 to 6 years in a relevant technical field
- 3 to 4 years of experience leading a software engineering team
- Advanced leadership skills in engineering with a focus on coding standards and architecture
- Experience with end-to-end management of data integration platforms
- Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise in modern software development
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product leadership
- Ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and influence
- Experience in driving innovation and platform modernization in complex enterprise systems
- Strong people leadership and culture building capabilities
- Customer-centric approach to delivering solutions
Responsibilities
- Guide and inspire best coding practices and solid software design decisions among the team
- Mentor and support the growth of engineers in technical skills and career development
- Assist in strategic initiatives across teams to enhance efficient business value delivery
- Advocate for new product capabilities based on cross-team technical roadmaps
- Champion Agile practices and lead multiple sprint teams for continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to guide strategic efforts
- Drive initiatives for innovation and operational excellence in mission-critical systems
- Foster a culture of empowerment, autonomy, and engineering excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes
