Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience - 3 to 5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Java with experience in Spring Boot - Experience in designing and developing Microservices architectures - Ability to create and implement RESTful APIs adhering to industry standards - Familiarity with Redis for caching and performance enhancement - Knowledge of Kafka for event-driven processing - Strong grasp of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL, and query optimization - Experience with CI/CD processes and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes) - Understanding of AI API integration and AI-driven workflows - Familiarity with test automation frameworks (unit, integration, and API testing) - Knowledge of application performance tuning and best practices in scalability and reliability - Experience with version control systems like Git and effective code review practices - Problem-solving capabilities with skills to independently troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems - Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

- Analyze, design, test, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions - Own the full stack by consistently producing production-ready and testable code - Create optimal designs while adhering to architectural best practices, focusing on scalability and performance - Analyze failures, suggest design improvements, and promote operational excellence - Prioritize customer experience when making design and coding decisions - Incorporate feedback from code reviews and implement changes to meet standards - Conduct code reviews to guide on best engineering practices and compliance - Ensure that all product development complies with security and regulatory standards - Focus on software reliability engineering standards embedded in the development process - Embrace new technology opportunities and contribute to best practices for our technology transformation - Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement - Review tasks critically, prioritize effectively, and communicate potential blockers proactively
