Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience - Three to five years of relevant experience - Proficiency in web/mobile development projects - Strong troubleshooting abilities - Extensive technical knowledge in supporting large-scale applications - Capacity to swiftly identify and resolve issues - Familiarity with diagnostic tools for root cause analysis in application code - Understanding of cloud technologies and API gateways - Experience with DevOps, Agile methodologies, automation, and cloud implementation strategies - Knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Firebug, Fiddler, and Httpwatch - Familiarity with performance monitoring solutions like AppDynamics and Dynatrace - Exposure and working knowledge of NoSQL and relational database systems (e.g., MS SQL Server)
